My Work
I write on a broad range of topics. My fiction work is principally my thriller novels. In non-fiction I write articles mainly on aspects of local history that interest me, and publish a website with a goup of like-minded people on the history of the area where we live.
Non-Fiction
I have written numerous articles and research papers covering aspects of the history of the ancient Marcher Lordship of Ewyas Lacy, which in the times following the Norman Conquest of England encompassed the area of south-west Herefordshire where I live. These are published online and can be found on my ‘History of Ewyas Lacy’ website at www.ewyaslacy,org.uk, The website also contains many thousands of other documents and historical records that make up a unique resource for family historians looking for their roots in the area and anyone with an interest in our local history. On a similar theme I have written a series of articles published in local magazines with tales of people, places and events based on the website historical records. In due course I intend to gather these stories together and publish them in book form.
